This is a blend of the seeds from two Acacia trees which have been roasted and ground ready for inclusion in your next cook. Acacia Victoriae (also known as Bardi Bush) is found in arid and semi-arid areas & Acacia Baileyana (also known as Cootamundra Wattle) is indigenous to a very small area in southern inland New South Wales.
They are similar in flavour which is what makes this marriage work.
Both are fast growing, self seeding and short lived. Cootamundra Wattle flowers are favoured by florists as well as bees!
