Preheat oven 220C
Empty the damper mix into a bowl and add a can of beer (375ml) or water.
Mix well for 1 - 2 minutes.
Place on to a greased baking sheet and bake at 220C for 20 to 30 minutes.

These damper mixes are amazing! SOOO easy to make, cook up great in an oven or campfire and taste delicious! I've made them several times for staff and students at teh Uni I work at and they are always a huge hit!
