Rosella and Aniseed Myrtle Tea 50gm
(makes approx 2-3 litres)
- 3 cups water (boiling)
- 1 packet Rosella and Aniseed Myrtle Tea
- 3/4 cup sugar or sugar substitute (adjust the amount to suit)
- 6 cups water (room temperature)
- 1 to 2 cups ice (if you need to serve it immediately)
Place the Rosella and Aniseed Myrtle Tea into a large container and then pour 3 cups of boiling water over them. Let soak for about 20 minutes.
Add the sugar (if using) and stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
Strain into a large jug.
Add the 6 cups of water and taste for sweetness.
Add more sugar or water if necessary
