Blend it with half a cup of flour and you have a lovely coating as a rub.

Cut your meat choice (500gm) into bite size chunks and then roll in the white seasoning mix. Allow to stand for 30 minutes and then onto the BBQ. A winner when served with Davidsons Plum Sweet Chilli Sauce.
