Wattleseed Extract is a highly versatile and nutritious flavouring for sauces, creme brulee, ice cream, pavlova, crumbs or as a coffee substitute.
Or dilute a tablespoon of extract with a quarter cup of hot water and top up with frothed milk for a caffeine free coffee.
Also try Wattleseed extract as a flavouring for beer, cream or red wine sauces, in marinades and dessert sauces.

Wattle seed extract
When bushfoodshop doesn't have this in stock, I have tried elsewhere but the quality is nowhere as good. That is why I stock up when it's available. Great product.
