Well I posted on my face book page about my yummy Roselle jam, seems by doing so I educated so many of my friends who now will be purchasing. They had never heard of it, for me a delicious memory of my childhood born in Cairns.

A small gift to my uncle (in his 80's) uncovered wonderful boyhood memories of his mum making rosella jam. He now has it on his toast every morning and says it starts his day with a smile. This delicious jam is perfect on toast, in tarts and slices & drizzled over icecream!
