Lemon Aspen Powder

100% Freeze dried lemon aspen.

A citrus berry from our Tropics, it adds an unique lemon flavour ‘boost’ to your cooking....from Middle Eastern dips to cheesecakes, tea and smoothies.

High in antioxidants, folate and iron, you can also use it to make a tea, or add it to smoothies and shakes for its health benefits and herbaceous citrus tang.

NOTE: a kg of fresh fruit yields approx 200 - 250gm dried powder

Definately 5 stars for Lemon Aspen. Used it in an icing for lemon biscuits and it was fresh, vibrant and gave a lovely zing. I made 3 different types of biikkies for an event and these were the favourite.

Wow, this is so tasty. Made a dip with this as main flavor was a huge hit. Will be a staple in my pantry from now on !!!

I have only had one opportunity to use this product so far in a Key Lime Pie but we have not eaten it yet. I love the zing it has and the lemony flavour I look forward to cooking with it more. Can you please email me some recipies so I have an idea how to use it. Thankyou
