Golden Wattleseed - a blend of Acacia Saligna (Western Australian Golden Wattle) and Acacia Baileyana (Golden Mimosa or Cootamundra Wattle)
The Western Australian Golden Wattle is an earthy, nutty, strongly coffee and dark chocolate flavour which when combined with the Golden Mimosa takes on a savoury but rich, hazelnut-like and coffee-like flavour.
The blend is a good substitute for Desert Oak Wattleseed which is scarce this year because of unfavourable weather conditions and bush fires.
