A soft citrus flavour that teams well with stone fruit like apricots.
Is a hybrid of the finger lime and a calamondin (cross between a mandarin and cumquat)
NOTE: a kg of fresh fruit yields approx 100 - 150gm dried
Sunrise Lime Sorbet: A cup of simple syrup plus a can of coconut milk and 25gm ground Sunrise Lime. Gets better with time, so make ahead and enjoy!

Tasted beautiful when we combined it with our Tiger Prawns and mayo.

Sunrise Lime
Used this to make Apricot & Sunrise Lime Jam. It was delicious. My only negative is that I couldn't find a conversion from the dried powder vs fresh form. This would help with recipes.
