Pink Lake (Loch Iel) Salt is rich in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulphur, iron, manganese, zinc, copper and beta carotene.
Pink Lake Salt (sustainably hand harvested by traditional owners, naturally dried in situ when the shallow lake dries out in summer, with pink hues coming from algae and bacteria reacting to sunlight and salinity) combined with a bite of Tasmanian Pepperberry and a subtle tang of Sub Tropical Finger Lime.
