I was asked to make some Indigenous desserts for Reconciliation Week for Geelong Football Club. I used the Davidson Plum power mixed with sugar to coat one of my desserts and sprinkled over the top of my chocolate filling. it looked amazing!

Students used the native plum in several different dishes as part of NAIDOC Week. It was a big hit, the students loved using a native ingredient.

Professional delivery - interesting sour flavour!
It was great to see them arrive quickly in a vacuum sealed package with the rest of my order. First time I've tried them. Unusual sour flavour, a bit like those "sour worms" that kids buy in the sweets shops (but without the sweetness). It would be interesting to have some recipes that use them.
