Using bush herbs and spices

Start with your flavour base such as garlic and chilli, add herbs like Wattleseed, Native Thyme, Saltbush, Pepperberry half way through cooking and add more delicate ones at the end or even after you remove from heat.  Delicate ones include Lemon Myrtle, Aniseed Myrtle, Cinnamon Myrtle, Strawberry Gum, Peppermint Gum.
