Every order is double checked to ascertain the correct goods are being sent and also that the freight charges are being kept to the absolute minimum.

We endeavour to pack orders as environmentally friendly as possible, using recycled cardboard boxes, newspapers and packaging materials sent or given to us by others in an attempt to reduce the impact on our world. If you are unable to re-use the bio-fill that may be in your order then simply put it in a bucket of water and it will dissolve.

We would like to assure you of our best attention at all times irrespective of the size of your order, all are treated equally.

SHOPPING: To purchase items simply select the ”ADD to Cart” button next to the item you would like which adds the item to your cart. Items in the cart may be viewed at any time and changed. This is done through the ‘View Cart’ button. When you have finished making purchases follow instructions to the check out which takes you to our secure server for payment.

PRICES: All our prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. 

STOCK Levels: We endeavour to have enough stock to cover orders at all times.  We will contact you if we are unable to fill your order or if we expect a delay. When applicable, discounts only apply to items in stock.

INTERNATIONAL ... Yes we post to destinations outside Australia.  Please check with us via email as to whether the items you wish to order are prohibited. Air mail is not trackable. You will need to select Pack and Track or Express Courier or Express Post to be able to follow the progress of your order. Please contact us prior to purchase to determine insurance options. Delivery can be arranged to many international destinations except for those countries (eg Switzerland) who require a phytosanitary certificate.  We are not able to post any frozen items outside Australia.

Many countries now impose import taxes on purchases.  Please check with your consulate as to what extra fees you are likely to encounter.  Postage charges calculated at checkout do not cover these.


We use Australia Post services for deliveries Australia wide as they provide a completely traceable and secure service. Orders placed before 9am (AEST) each working day will be shipped the same day with delivery according to the postage option chosen. The delivery prices quoted are the current charges from Australia Post.
Express Post delivery is overnight for destinations within Australia Post's National Network.
Regular Post delivery is 2 to 10 days.
We will do our best to fill orders promptly, but if due to any unforeseen circumstances with supply, there are delays, we will contact you. For delivery of urgent orders please let us know as we may be able to help.
Delays can be expected for delivery to remote areas of Australia but then if you live there you will already be aware of this.
Delivery can be arranged to most international destinations. If your country is not listed please contact us.

If you’re not home when Australia Post attempts delivery they may not leave you a card indicating the option for another delivery time or direct you to your local Post Office where you may pick up the parcel.  If you have chosen SAFE DROP then you relinquish any rights to compensation via transit insurance should the parcel go missing. We do not encourage "authority to leave" instructions and prefer for items not to be left in a safe place for security purposes.

Postage options available for your selection include transit insurance and tracking however you will need to select  Signature Required postage option if your parcel cannot safely be left at the premises. Transit insurance cover ceases once a parcel is deemed delivered.

Please note if you include delivery instructions to leave your order because no-one is home to accept delivery, we regrettably cannot accept claims for loss or damage which may arise.

Australia Post offers an excellent service called MYPOST DELIVERIES which allows you to take control of when and where your precious online orders are delivered.  This is well worth investigating given the rise in popularity of online shopping and the likelihood in some neighbourhoods for items to disappear.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDER:  All our parcels are insured for loss or damage in transit. Once an order has been delivered then liability rests entirely with you. If this is of concern then please choose the postage option with Signature Required.   Please refer to Auspost Compensation Page HERE>>

WHERE IS MY ORDER?  This is one question we strive not to hear because we keep you in the loop every step of the way.  First thing to do is to insert the tracking number we have emailed you into the Australia Post Tracking Facility.  If the facility returns a response of DELIVERED and yet you don't have the order in your hot little hands then the next thing you should do to check with other occupants of your home/work in case they have taken delivery.  Check your front porch or near your mailbox.  After that telephone Australia Post on 13POST and register the fact.  Email us so that we're aware of the issue.  Australia Post will then investigate the matter.

FROZEN FOOD: Frozen items are kept in the freezer until lodged at the post office.  They will only be sent Express Tuesday & Wednesday.  A tracking number is sent by email and you are expected to monitor the parcel's progress as all responsibility rests with the receiver after the goods have left our premises.  Post office boxes as delivery addresses are not recommended.  They WILL be defrosted by the time you receive them so do not order unless you can work with them immediately.

Frozen produce will defrost in transit and you accept that you will receive fully or partially thawed produce
To achieve the best outcome please select EXPRESS post.  We will hold postage until Monday/Tuesday to ensure your order is not sitting over a weekend.  

If your order also includes dry produce, due to the heat of Australia, it may also deteriorate during transit. 
Once we have despatched your order, we are no longer responsible for it and do not accept any liability for any deterioration of, loss of or damage to your order which may occur between despatch by us and delivery to you.

For orders within the national express post network please note that Australia Post's charter is to deliver overnight and if it fails then compensation may be payable.

NOTE that from June 2021 Frozen items will not be able to be sent by post.

PLEASE NOTE:  Provided that all the items are in stock, orders received and paid for by 9am week days will be packed and despatched the same day.  If glass bottles are included in an order we prefer you select Parcel Post (not satchels).  In order to minimise postage we supply all herbs, spices and seasonings in resealable plastic bags. As a guide, the weight of any items packed in glass doubles the packaging weight... eg a jar or bottle containing 250gm of product weighs approx 500gm.  We then need to allow for extra packaging to minimise the likelihood of breakage during transit.

The minimum parcel size for AUSTRALIA POST is 500gm.  If your order weighs less than 500gm and is less than 20mm thick we MAY be able to send it as a large letter but this option does not include tracking and may take longer to arrive.  Please email or call us if you would like to see whether your order would fit this criteria.  Please note that the key requirement is the thickness.  If you need it sent express post then it has to go as a parcel.


CREDIT CARD:  Payments can be made either via our secure system provided by STRIPE or via PAYPAL.  We DO NOT store credit card details.  

Payments made via PayPal will be itemised as either RICHARD J WILLIAMS & MARILYN K GOLDING-WILLIAMS or ADNETCOMAU or ADNETSHOPS

Credit cards are processed before orders are accepted, to confirm payment has been made due to credit card fraud problems. Credit card fraud can not and will not be tolerated. It undermines the entire growth of the Internet and computer companies worldwide.

CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER:  We can no longer accept School Cheques or Bank Cheques as Westpac have closed their branch in our town. In order to maintain prices, payment is required before despatch. Bank deposit detail will be supplied on your emailed Tax Invoice.

CASH: Can be direct deposited into our Westpac Bank account, so if you are more comfortable paying this way and you have a branch in your town then this will be your best option.

You may prefer to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (Bank direct deposit). Please make sure that you include your order number so we can marry up your order.
