Oz Tukka Artesian Salt is crafted from the salty, subterranean water deposits where it has been stored for thousands of years in this most ancient of lands. The salt is produced by solar evaporation. The distinctive golden colour comes from the unique balance of minerals within. Minerals include magnesium, calcium and iron.
Extracting this salt from the underground, helps the fight against salinity in the ground. The salt has a pleasant mellow flavour.
