Hot Wattleseed Chocolate
Wattleseed espresso - place 3 tablespoons of wattleseed into a coffee pot and add 375ml boiling water. Allow to steep for 10 mins and then press down plunger
Place 60gm dark chocolate broken into pieces into a saucepan with half cup cream. Stir until chocolate is melted
Add 1 cup of milk, wattleseed espresso and a vanilla bean split in half. Continue to cook until hot but not boiling. Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon myrtle

A new taste experience
I make the Wattleseed Tea in my plunger coffee pot after steeping in hot water for 10 mins then added warm skim milk it was really nice lovely light taste.Next time I will try the chocolate and cream for what i'm sure will be an exquisite taste. I will definitely be using this product again

Easy and tasty
This wattle seed coffee is so easy to make. 1 teaspoon of grounds into a plunger or tea infuser, add boiling water and a couple of minutes later there is a mug of delicious "coffee" ready to drink, no need to add milk or sugar. All this without the caffeine and bitterness of regular coffee. Then there is the added bonus of drying the used grounds for baking things like wattle seed scones. Great taste and great value too.

I liked this as a coffee alternative - mind you I added lots of full cream milk, and it was delicious. The flavour reminded me of a Chinese product that actually combines powdered tea and coffee together.
