Wattleseed Biscuit Mix
Ingredients: Self Raising Flour, Sugar, Roasted and ground WattleSeed
Add 1 egg, 100ml of melted Butter/ Margarine. Mix well. Roll into balls and place on baking paper on an oven tray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes in a moderate oven or until golden brown.
Store in an air tight container if there is any left.

Wattleseed cookies
The wattleseed cookie mix is a real hit with my 3 year old. He also took a mix to day care for heritage week. His class of 2/3 year old thoroughly enjoyed making them and proudly took some home and ate some there. A number of parents were lucky to try some because hey were enjoyed that much. My mater 3 didn't even drop a crumb for the dog

The wattleseed cookie mix was very easy to make. Mr 3 year old was able to do so and was happy with his efforts. He especially enjoyed the ones he turned into jam drops with quandong and ginger jam.. suggest a large / extra large egg be used

So many compliments - Easy and Delicious
I made these for a work morning-tea and I had so many compliments from colleagues. They were unbelievably quick and easy to make and tasted incredible!
