Riberries (lillipilli) is most commonly used to make a distinctively flavoured jam, and is also used in sauces, syrups and confectionery.

 Express postage is calculated to include a cooler box with ice or you may choose to pickup from our base.

IMPORTANT NOTE

THESE INGREDIENTS ARE  FROZEN.  For optimum freshness we recommend that you arrange pick up either personally from our head office on the outskirts of Brisbane or alternatively arrange your own refrigerated transport or with a refrigerated courier.

Fixed price shipping means that the ingredient is placed in a cooler box with techni-ice and is sent via Australia Post Express.  Each cooler box can usually hold 2kg (depending on the ingredient).  The shipping price is the same whether you choose 500gm, 1kg or 2kg.  If we can fit your selection into one box then we will organise a refund on excess postage.

 

Although we take as much care as possible Frozen produce will defrost in transit and you accept that you will receive fully or partially thawed produce.  

To achieve the best outcome we will hold postage until Monday/Tuesday to ensure your order is not sitting over a weekend.   

Once we have despatched your order, we are no longer responsible for it and do not accept any liability for any deterioration of, loss of or damage to your order which may occur between despatch by us and delivery to you. 

It is best to arrange delivery of these ingredients as near as practical to when you are going to work with them and it is advisable for you to monitor its s journey via Australia Post's online tracking facility so that you can arrange for collection.

Place 1kg of riberries in saucepan. Measure 2 litres of water and pour enough over fruit to just cover. Boil until tender. Mash and strain through a fine sieve. Discard pulp and seeds and add juice to rest of water plus 2 cups of sugar and juice of 1 lemon.
