Our Native Ginger is available in limited quantities as we explore its possibilities.
Currently we have the leaf (3-5 per packet) which we have used to wrap fish prior to cooking.
We have also sliced it finely to add to any number of dishes and dried the leaves for inclusion in tea blends.
Native Ginger is not like Asian Ginger, it is much more subtle.
The shoots become available around November so we will let you know when we have some available. The plant flowers around November as well.
