Munducklin Mild Bush Curry Powder combines the ingredients of a good curry with Australian Native Foods.

50 grams

We have 2 versions:

With Garlic

Ingredients - Lemon Myrtle, Native Thyme, Pepperleaf, Lemon Aspen, Garlic, Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Mustard, Pepper, Fenugreek, Curry leaf, Ginger, Turmeric

Without Garlic

Ingredients - Lemon Myrtle, Native Thyme, Pepperleaf, Lemon Aspen, Saltbush, Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Mustard, Pepper, Fenugreek, Curry leaf, Ginger, Turmeric

 

Mix a Tbspn of Curry mix with 2 Tbspns Macadamia or Olive Oil and massage into lamb shoulder or leg.

Use instead of regular curry powder. It's mild, with a little bite and loads of flavour.

    this is the most unique and interesting blend of spices. I teach bush foods to year 8 kids and we use it in Curried sausages and it makes the dish slightly sweet and aromatic without the bitterness of other brands.

    we used it to make a curried sausages and the kids absolutely loved it thought it was the best dish ever we had it with a damper recipe. It was part of a fusion food recipe for the bush foods unit
