Great product. Perfect on steak (1 part each - black pepper, Tassie pepper, salt)

One of my new favourites, used mixed with sugar to coat banana fritters and in almost any other dish. Beautiful flavour and aroma.

I purchased dried pepper berries to try my hand at making honey and pepper berry ice cream (inspired by some Van Diemens ice cream that we had on holidays in Tassie last year. We had the ice cream as part of our Christmas dessert and the pepper berries were amazing.
