A small amount of this delicious syrup in water made for a fantastic cordial. Excellent flavour, I look forward to using it with waffles as a syrup.

Problem is it’s far too sweet and the syrup overpowers the delicate lemon flavour. I’d have enjoyed this more as a slightly tart drink and feels it’s not refreshing. Others liked it but didn’t rave
