Very good product - I cooked this product in a bar tin & worked well. Like & fluffy end result. However, incorrectly labelled. Arrive with macadamia nuts on the label and in the product. Very nice and moist and adding a little extra macadamia nuts really made them.

I'm not usually a muffin person, but I had an Aussie bush theme afternoon tea. These were really delicious and gone in a flash. The lemon myrtle taste is so beautiful, without being bitter or tangy.

The process was easy from start to finish. The delivery time was so quick. The muffin mix was easy to follow and the added bonus of the description of the topping used to garnish the muffins was also on the packaging. I will be ordering again

Absolutely love the Lemon Myrtle muffins, they are light, really tasty and so easy when you are having gluten intolerant guests for morning tea etc.
