    Macadamias in Lemon Myrtle Chocolate

Posted by Loretta on 22nd May 2018

I have finally been able to make this sublime chocolate treat that is uniquely Australian and combines two of the most amazingly, delicious bush foods; macadamias and lemon myrtle. The oil flavours and smooths the texture of the chocolate. Milk chocolate is recommended rather than dark chocolate which can overpower mild macadamias nuts. Am going to make it RAW next time.

I used the oil to flavor my own extra virgin olive oil and I am very happy with the result.
