Suggested usage: Bring 1 litre of water to the boil. Add 1½ teaspoons (or roughly chop 30 leaves with kitchen scissors) of Gumbi Gumbi tea. Simmer for 20 minutes. Strain into a glass jar and top up to 1 litre by adding boiled water. Add honey if you like. Seal the jar and refrigerate. Consume within one week either hot or cold by drinking an amount of 120 ml daily with your meals. Repeat weekly.
Quantities can be adjusted to suit. Some people report benefit from doubling the amount of leaf.
Store in a cool, dry place.
