    Great BBQ marinade

    As a marinade or as a post cooking dressing (use like gremolata) The salt bush shines through more when not cooked. A light sprinkle over cooked meats while hot and the dried herbs absorb enough moisture to become quite soft. So nice.

    The flakes with a little oil complemented and added a great taste to kangaroo fillet cooked on the BBQ.
