Yum! Zesty
I used dairy with this one, although it also gave vegan instructions which was a nice addition. They have a really tasty flavour, kind of zesty and the macadamia gave them some good texture. They aren't overly sweet, which suited us, but you could probably sweeten them up with added icing if you wanted to.
